NF A 49:213-1983 高溫用非合金鋼和鉬及鉻-鉬合金鋼無縫鋼管 尺寸與交貨技術(shù)條件
1 制造方法
1.1 鋼采用氧氣轉(zhuǎn)爐、電弧爐或平爐冶煉,幾種方法可以單獨使用,也可以組合使用。在征得買方同意后,還可以采用其他在技術(shù)上等效的煉鋼方法。鋼水應(yīng)脫氧后澆鑄。除非咨詢和定單另有規(guī)定,選用煉鋼方法應(yīng)由生產(chǎn)廠自行決定。根據(jù)要求,所采用的煉鋼方法應(yīng)通告買方。表3所列牌號不得采用純氧轉(zhuǎn)爐法。
1.2 鋼管采用非焊接法制造,可以用冷加工或熱加工方法制造。
冷加工的鋼管應(yīng)在整個長度上進行標準熱處理。正火操作應(yīng)當在高于相變點Ac3的溫度下進行。
熱加工的鋼管應(yīng)進行標準規(guī)定的熱處理。但是,如果鋼管厚度不大于20mm,則應(yīng)考慮采取一些補充措施。
2 牌號和化學成分
鋼的牌號和化學成分(熔煉分析和成品分析)見表1、表2和表3。
除為了脫氧而帶入鋼中的一些元素外,不能隨意添加各表中未列入的元素。
根據(jù)咨詢和定貨單中的要求,可檢驗鋼管的化學成分。
3 力學性能
交貨狀態(tài)鋼管的縱向力學性能見表4、表5、表6。
4 物理性能
各牌號鋼的彈性模量、平均線膨脹系數(shù)和熱導(dǎo)率見表7、表8和表9。
5 尺寸、單位長度重量及偏差
5.1 鋼管的尺寸和單位長度重量見表10、表11、表12和表13。根據(jù)訂貨協(xié)議,可以參照標準規(guī)定提供一些中間厚度的鋼管。

2)為管理按法國規(guī)程制造和修理壓力容器時的焊接操作,曾修改了1978年3月24日法令,使用此牌號鋼時,應(yīng)遵照該法令第15條規(guī)定事先協(xié)議。
3)如果鋼管是通過熱擠壓后和熱加工制成的,假如熱擠壓的終點溫度在1050℃和1180℃之間,則760/820℃回火已足夠。任何情況下,回火的確切溫度都應(yīng)根據(jù)爐號來確定。

5.2 鋼管通常長度為3.5~8m,對于厚度不大于20mm的鋼管,85%的供貨長度應(yīng)不小于5m。
超長長度:最小長度、中間長度和最大長度及百分比,主要與鋼管的直徑和厚度有關(guān),但昂太長度不超過15m,其比例不應(yīng)超過90%。
精確長度;根據(jù)特殊要求,鋼管可以用精確長度交貨。
5.3 偏差

在沒有修整過的任何一個橫截面上,厚度的變化不得超過表16所列的最大值。

鋼管截面應(yīng)呈圓形。不圓度不應(yīng)導(dǎo)致外徑超過偏差。用修磨或機械加工去除缺陷后,局部外徑可小于允許的最小直徑,但厚度必須保持在偏差的允許范圍內(nèi)。
(d)重量偏差
鋼管的理論重量允許偏差如下:
熱加工鋼管(質(zhì)量L)為±7.5%;
冷加工鋼管(質(zhì)量F)為±6%。
(e)精確長度偏差
精確長度偏差見表17。

(f)平直度偏差
局部彎曲:按1m直尺測出的局部彎曲應(yīng)小于3mm。
總彎曲:允許總彎曲度不應(yīng)高于以下規(guī)定的最大值:
直徑D<168.3的鋼管
l<4m2mm/m;
l4m~<6m8mm;
l≥6m8mm,6m以上長度每加長1m增加1mm。
直徑D≥168.3的鋼管
l<8m2mm,每加長1m,加lmm,
l8m~<10m10mm;
l≥10m1mm/m。
6 外觀要求
6.1 鋼管應(yīng)具有與鋼管性能相符的加工精良的內(nèi)外表面。鋼管可為熱加工狀態(tài)(質(zhì)量L),也可為冷軋或冷拔并經(jīng)熱處理的狀態(tài)。
如定貨單未規(guī)定進行超聲波檢驗并未作特殊說明,則允許鋼管上有薄層氧化鐵皮,但氧化鐵皮必須緊貼在鋼管上。
如果定貨單規(guī)定要用超聲波檢驗,則鋼管表面上存在的氧化鐵皮應(yīng)以不影響超聲波檢驗的進行為前提。
在任何情況下,完好的鋼管壁厚均應(yīng)保持在標準規(guī)定的偏差范圍內(nèi)。
應(yīng)仔細檢驗氣孔、折疊、裂痕等缺陷,如果缺陷深度不小于0.05T和0.3mm兩個值中最大者,則應(yīng)清除該缺陷;反之,可予認可,條件是:
——壁厚必須保持在標準規(guī)定的偏差范圍之內(nèi),并且缺陷不呈集合狀態(tài);
——如果在同一根鋼管上或同一批的多根鋼管上,這種缺陷雖呈重復(fù)性的特征,但缺陷的平均深度必須低于0.3T和0.2mm兩個值中最大者。
只要缺陷的深度能保持壁厚在標準規(guī)定的偏差范圍內(nèi),則壓痕、機械劃痕、凹坑、夾渣之類的缺陷允許存在。
缺陷只能用修磨或機械加工方法進行修整,嚴禁用焊接進行填補和修整。
6.2 端部精整:應(yīng)垂直于鋼管軸線切割管端。截面應(yīng)無超厚部分,并應(yīng)清除毛刺。清除毛刺允許有輕微的內(nèi)外倒角。
