寶山鋼鐵股份有限公司企業(yè)標準Q/BQB130-2003初軋板坯代替Q/BQB130-1999
1范圍本標準規(guī)定了初軋板坯的尺寸、外形、重量及允許偏差、技術要求、檢驗與試驗、標志和質(zhì)量證明書等。本標準適用于寶山鋼鐵股份有限公司生產(chǎn)的供再軋用的初軋板坯。壓蓋鋼板坯不得再行切割、分塊軋制。2規(guī)范性引用文件下列文件中的條款通過本標準的引用而成為本標準的條款。凡是注日期的引用文件/其隨后所有的修改單(不包括勘誤的內(nèi)容)或修訂版均不適用于本標準/然而/鼓勵根據(jù)本標準達成協(xié)議的各方研究是否可使用這些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件/其最新版本適用于本標準。GB/T222鋼的化學分析用試樣取樣法及成品化學成份允許偏差GB/T223鋼鐵及合金化學分析方法3尺寸、外形、重量及允許偏差3.1尺寸3.1.1板坯的公稱厚度和公稱寬度按表1的規(guī)定。表1mm

3.1.2板坯厚度按5mm進級,寬度按50mm進級。
3.1.3板坯寬度和厚度的允許偏差應符合表2的規(guī)定。

3.1.4板坯的通常長度為4m~10m。定尺和倍尺長度應在通常長度范圍內(nèi),其允許偏差為+80mm。
3.2外形
3.2.1板坯的每米彎曲度不得大于20mm,總彎曲不得大于總長度的2.0%。
3.2.2板坯的鐮刀彎每米不得大于10mm。
3.2.3板坯的端部剪切斜度在厚度方向不得大于10mm,在寬度方向不得大于30mm。
3.2.4板坯二側(cè)面允許有不大于10mm的凹入或凸起,但在最大凹入或凸起處的板坯寬度不得超出允許偏差。
3.3重量
板坯按實際重量交貨。
4.技術要求
4.1牌號及化學成分
4.1.1鋼的牌號及化學成分(熔煉分析)應符合表3的規(guī)定。
4.1.2板坯成品(鎮(zhèn)靜鋼)化學成分允許偏差應符合GB/T222的規(guī)定。
4.1.3經(jīng)供需雙方協(xié)議,并在合同中注明,亦可供應其他牌號的板坯。
