1不銹鋼棒
按使用加工分為壓力加工用鋼和切削加工用鋼兩類,按組織特征分為奧氏體型、奧氏體-鐵索體型、鐵素體型、馬氏體型和沉淀硬化型五類。熱軋圓鋼、方鋼直徑或邊長≤250mm.也可制造六角、八角型鋼。按熱處理或非熱處理狀態(tài)交貨。

c.其他檢驗項目:
晶間腐蝕試驗奧氏體型錒應進行晶間腐蝕試驗。
低倍組織檢驗橫截面酸浸低倍或斷口試片上不得有肉眼可見的縮孔、氣泡、裂紋、夾雜、翻皮及白點。一般疏松、中心疏松和偏析合格級別為2~3級。
熱頂鍛熱頂鍛用鋼作熱頂鍛試驗,頂鍛啟高度為原試樣的1/3,試樣不得有裂口和裂縫。
2熱軋鋼板
用作一般用途結(jié)構(gòu)件,執(zhí)行標準;GB/T4237。鋼板厚度4~25mm。
